Kabobs (Easy)

Yield: 12 Servings

Get a grill basket, it makes it easer than using skewers. 

Ingredients:

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon red wind vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely cracked black pepper

Stuff to Grill

  • 1.5 lbs Sirloin 
  • 1 large red onions
  • 2 bell pepper of different color
  • 1 zucchini
  • 16 oz mushroom

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the Marinade ingredients together
  2. Cut all of the stuff to grill to larger than the holes in the grill basket.
  3. Add meat and 1/2 marinade to ziploc for at least 3 hours and no more than 6 hours.
  4. In another ziploc, add 1/4 of the marinade to veggies. (except mushrooms)
  5. Add the mushrooms to the meat ziploc when you have between 1-1.5 hours before cooking.
  6. Add the remaining 1/4 marinade if there isnt enough to coat the mushrooms.
  7. ~20 minutes before time to cook, heat the grill to high.
  8. Remove all ingredients from ziploc and add to grill basket. Removing excess marinade will 
  9. Grill and flip basket every 3-7 minutes till meat is internal temp of at least 145 and ingredients are charred to your liking. (Depending on your grill, may want to set to med - med-high to avoid burning/charring to early.)
