Get a grill basket, it makes it easer than using skewers.
Ingredients:
Marinade
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoon red wind vinegar
2 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon coarsely cracked black pepper
Stuff to Grill
1.5 lbs Sirloin
1 large red onions
2 bell pepper of different color
1 zucchini
16 oz mushroom
Directions:
Mix all of the Marinade ingredients together
Cut all of the stuff to grill to larger than the holes in the grill basket.
Add meat and 1/2 marinade to ziploc for at least 3 hours and no more than 6 hours.
In another ziploc, add 1/4 of the marinade to veggies. (except mushrooms)
Add the mushrooms to the meat ziploc when you have between 1-1.5 hours before cooking.
Add the remaining 1/4 marinade if there isnt enough to coat the mushrooms.
~20 minutes before time to cook, heat the grill to high.

Grill and flip basket every 3-7 minutes till meat is internal temp of at least 145 and ingredients are charred to your liking. (Depending on your grill, may want to set to med - med-high to avoid burning/charring to early.)
