Put skirt steak and marinade in large ziplock bag, remove most of the air and seal. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but no longer than 8 hours.
Remove from Marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high. Grill steaks till cooked (little charring is alright), Remove steaks and wrap with aluminum foil rest for 5 minutes.
