Corn Bread

Ingredients:

  • 8oz Sour cream
  • 16oz can Creamed Corn
  • 16oz Corn - Drained
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Stick Butter - Melted
  • 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • Additional butter to grease the pan

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
  4. Check with toothpick every 5 minutes starting at 40-45 minutes.
  5. Once toothpick comes out clean.
